What is being proposed

The Proposer has identified that Alerts to notify the Supplier that the Supply has been restored do not exist. In the absence of such an Alert, the only workaround at present to understand the real-time status of the Supply post-event is by issuing Service Reference Variant (SRV) 7.4 ‘Read Supply Status’. This allows the Supplier to understand whether the Supply has been restored, or whether further actions is required.
