MP301: Review of Additional Registration Data (Gas Transporters)
What is being proposed
Currently Gas Network Parties have an obligation under the Smart Energy Code to provide Additional Registration Data to the DCC. Other Registration Data under the SEC is covered by the following condition E2.2 , which allows for the DCC to obtain the required data directly from Central Switching Service, utilising their dual role within the Retail Energy Code (REC). The Proposer is looking to see whether Additional Registration Data is also provided for in REC, and if not, whether this should be a REC rather than SEC obligations?
