MP234: Addition of GDPR Principles of Public Task and Legitimate Interests into the SEC

What is being proposed

There is no facility within the SEC to support the GDPR principles of Public Task or Legitimate Interest. This means that public authorities, such as Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities, find it difficult to obtain Consumption Data from those Energy Consumers which they have a duty to protect.
