DCRP/MP/21/07: - Distribution Code EU Exit Modifications

What is being proposed

This modification to the DCode and associated documents was raised as a reaction to the UK’s decision to leave the European Union. The modification resulted in wording changes within the DCode and terms such as ‘retained in EU law’ being used, as well as new definitions being included in the code in-line with the governments paper ‘EU Withdrawal agreement 2020’.These changes were drafted, consulted on and proposed through a final report currently awaiting decision by the authority.
