We would like views from individuals with an interest in electricity generation, industry associations, Transmission Owners, Distribution Network Operators, Independent Distribution Network Operators and the National Energy System Operator. We would also welcome responses from wider industry stakeholders and the public. The purpose of the consultation is to provide stakeholders with an overview of the Proposal, its implementation, its benefits and the reasoning which has influenced our minded-to decision. We are keen to understand other potential impacts and interactions. Stakeholders are encouraged to provide their feedback by 11 April 2025, to ensure all perspectives are considered before making a final decision.
