Details of outcome In January 2025 we consulted on the Early Construction Funding (ECF) submission application by SP Transmission plc (SPT) for the Denny Wishaw project and our proposed licence modification. A 15% allowance has been approved for SPT under the Accelerated strategic transmission investment (ASTI) ECF framework to support early construction activities for the Denny Wishaw project. This includes land acquisition, enabling works, and purchasing important equipment, in line with licence provisions and ASTI principles.
