Special Condition 9.18.11(d) requires the licensee to provide a statement from an Independent Examiner to accompany the methodology statements, unless we consent to not providing the statement. We have decided to consent to this request, and NGT will therefore not be required to submit said statement. Our reasons for doing so are detailed below.
