We consulted on our Draft Determination between 3 September 2024 and 1 October 2024. We published the RIIO-2 Re-opener Applications 2024 Final Determinations for Gas Distribution networks on 9 December 2024. This statutory consultation sets out our proposed modifications to the relevant Licensees’ licences to implement our decisions for the aforementioned project funding requests.
