The revised guidance provides greater clarity on the DAG reporting requirements and should be used by relevant Licensees with effect from 27 January 2026. This decision notice outlines our decision to approve proposed changes to the Data Assurance Guidance (DAG). This is following our statutory consultation on these proposed changes that commenced on 14 November 2025 and closed on 16 December 2025. We have decided to approve the modifications as set out below.
