What is being proposed

The current timescales in Schedule 14 section 15.6 and section 30.6 where an Electricity Metering Asset requires commissioning in accordance with BSC Metering CoP 4 need to be reviewed before the settlement timetable changes from RF being 14 to 4 months to ensure they are still fit for purpose.
