What is being proposed

To add value 11 to the valid set value for data item J0418 – Meter COP. Unable to update Meter technical details (MTD's), the D0268 flow, as specified under BSCP603/7 via the DTN as the AMVLP. The appointed agent will not be able to automatically process or upload the flows received to their systems due to validation errors.
