CMP464: Section 14 Corrections
What is being proposed
Following a review of Legal Text, NESO have identified minor errors and improvements to CUSC Section 14. These are either errors which were present in approved legal text, or formatting, numbering or cross-reference errors introduced as a result of multiple implementations over time.
Current status
Proposal raised on 12 November and will be presented to the CUSC Panel on 28 November 2025. The CUSC Panel agreed that further clarifications were needed on the proposed legal text. CMP464 will be discussed at the Panel meeting on 30 January 2026 where Panel will agree the Governance route and next steps. The Proposer of CMP464 will present the modification to Panel in the 27 February 2026 CUSC Panel. [09/03/2026] The Panel Panel unanimously agreed that CMP464 should follow the Fast Track - Self Governance route and proceed to be implemented. CMP464 went to industry for Appeals on 03 March and will close on 23 March.
