The proposal relates to an update to the balancing terms and conditions to incorporate service documentation for the new Quick Reserve (QR) service. This represents the first phase of service delivery, targeted at Balancing Mechanism unit participation. This letter sets out our decision to approve NGESO's proposal to integrate the relevant sections of the documentation for QR, which includes the QR Service Terms and QR Procurement Rules, into the balancing terms and conditions, as required by Article 18 of the EBGL.
