Call for input description We decided in August 2025 to make a temporary update to the unidentified gas allowance in the cap. We want to gather information so we can evaluate a resilient and long-lasting approach to setting the unidentified gas allowance as part of our 2025 and 2026 price cap programme of work. In the call for input, we set out considerations for setting the allowance. We want to hear your views on both the questions set out and any extra details. Who should respond We would like views from people who have an interest in how we set the additional wholesale allowances in the energy price cap.
