Undertaking proportionate and robust evaluations will help to build a stronger evidence base for future policy interventions and helps us better assess whether we are delivering on our objectives and complying with our statutory duties. We describe our rationale for doing so, the main elements of our approach, including how we will select interventions to evaluate and provide two-case studies. We are seeking input from stakeholders on the development and implementation of this framework. Who should respond We want to hear views from anyone with an interest in these issues, particularly: the evaluation community, broadly defined and including academics, researchers and practitioners in both public and private sectors. In particular, we would like views from organisations and individuals who work within the energy sector and have knowledge of evaluation energy sector, including suppliers consumers consumer groups and charities How to respond We are seeking written comments on the questions set out in the call for input by Friday 22 November 2024.
