Consultation description This consultation is for a proposal to update definitions in the Capacity Market Rules so that they reflect recent changes made by the Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement Programme. This will ensure that Capacity Providers using these provisions can still meet the requirements set out in the Capacity Market Rules and participate in the Capacity Market. Who should respond We would like views from people with an interest in the Capacity Market, particularly Capacity Market participants. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
