What is being proposed

It has been raised to the Code Manager by a Party that the Scenario Variant of Supply Fault Information Centre to Crowded Meter Room MEM is missing from the D0126 / MM00016 (Asset Condition Report Response / Clearance) Market Message. This should have been introduced as part of REC Change R0043 which introduced the role of the CMRM.
