These modifications update the special conditions of the Gas Transporter licence and the Price Control Financial Instruments (PCFIs) for RIIO-GD2, RIIO-GT2, RIIO-ED2 and RIIO-ET2 following the recent Price Control Financial Model working groups. The Price Control Financial Handbooks (PCFHs) are tracked to show the location of modifications relative to previously published versions. We are seeking feedback on the proposed modifications on or before 14 May 2024.
