Details of outcome This decision notice and cover letter outlines our decision to approve proposed changes to National Gas Transmission Plc’s Gas Transporter Licence on sections relating to Capacity Requests, Baseline Capacity and Capacity Substitution. This is following a statutory consultation on 14 October 2025 on these proposed changes. The statutory consultation closed on 15 November 2025 and we have decided to implement the modifications as set out below. Who should respond We welcome representations on our proposed modifications to the licence. We particularly welcome responses from: gas transporters gas distribution networks Following the consultation, a decision will be taken on modifying the licence in due course. Your views will help inform that decision.
