We are carrying out a programme of work (“DCC review”) to put in place a new regulatory framework for DCC following the expiry of its current licence, and to identify and appoint a Successor Licensee. Through this consultation, we invite stakeholder views on considerations to seek changes to primary legislation to afford Ofgem more flexibility in the process for appointing the Successor Licensee.
