Who should respond We particularly welcome responses from: transmission owners distribution network operators network service providers system operators original equipment manufacturers Background This recommendation has considered industry views, which have been used to inform our assessment of multiple potential policy options against a framework that considered: the impact the solution would have on common assessment (a level playing field) in NESO markets whether the solution would provide the appropriate level of regulatory oversight the impact the solution would have on innovation and investability whether the solution would enable the setting of clear roles and responsibilities the expected ease of implementation of the solution Why your views matter Your responses will help us to test continuation of industry support for our proposal and rationale.
