The decision letter and tracked changes version of the guidance document are attached as subsidiary documents. We consulted on proposed modifications to the Regulatory Financial Reporting Pack (RFRP) template and guidance document for the National Energy System Operator (NESO) for the RIIO 2 period. The proposed modifications included several updates and revisions to the RIGs RFRP template and guidance to ensure consistency with the RIIO-2 special licence conditions and clarify the reporting requirements for NESO following its transition from NGESO.
