What is being proposed

As part of Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) design, the requirement to provide a data item (J0049) in the D0303 flow is being changed from mandatory (as now) to optional. This means Meter Asset Providers (MAP) and other agents who use the information in this flow may not receive it.
