What is being proposed

When DNO/Networks are attending property due to theft of energy, this could be out of hours, they are making the property safe and most contact the supplier to inform them of the theft but no photo is taken or not provided to the supplier. When suppliers attend after the visit of DNO/Networks all evidence has been removed therefore no photo can be obtained.
