What is being proposed

DCUSA change DCP467 has been raised to propose that Category A and B defects reported currently using the Asset Condition Report (D0135) or phone call to the DNO, should instead be reported via an online reporting tool where the DNO has one available. This is expected to have impacts to the REC.
