R0162: Access to SDES for Gas Networks
What is being proposed
Raising on behalf of the Gas Networks, who currently struggle to find who to email queries to within suppliers organisation. Suppliers and Electricity DNO's moved to SDES to ensure all communications were in a secure portal, with SLA's and for GDPR reasons, but Gas Networks do not have access to this portal, and not considered during the implementation of the system. They also obtain photo's when out on site to help resolve queries and would like somewhere to upload them to send to suppliers.
