What is being proposed

Gas Transporters have very few obligations under the Smart Energy Code; those that they do have relate to provision of data owned by the REC. If these obligations were to be moved from the SEC to the REC, then the regulatory burden on GTs may be reduced as they would be able to completely secede from the SEC.
