Who should respond We would like views from people with an interest in electricity distribution. We particularly welcome responses from those who are Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs). We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public. Background Under section 8A(2) of the Act, we propose to modify the standard conditions of the Licence that we are minded to grant to Sphere Energy Connect Limited, by removing the entire of Section B (Additional Standard Conditions for Electricity Distributors who are Distribution Services Providers). We also propose to insert into the Licence a new Section BA to include the following amended standard conditions: (a) Standard Licence Condition BA1. Not used (b) Standard Licence Condition BA2.
