Stakeholder feedback forms an important part of our assessment. We welcome any feedback on NESO's three Roles, and its deliverables laid out in its business plan from April 2021 to date. We’re also seeking feedback on NESO’s transition from the Electricity System Operator to its current form, under the Future System Operator transition. This includes areas where you feel the ESO has met, exceeded or failed to meet any expectations. Please send written feedback to NESORegulation@ofgem.gov.uk by 12 May 2025.
