NESO publishes non-BM instructions data from Open Balancing Platform (OBP) system. This information is continuously published throughout the day on this platform. As of today, this page hosts Non-BM Quick Reserve Service Instructions data. Non-BM Slow Reserve Service and Non-BM MW Dispatch Service Instructions data will be added here when the service goes live in OBP/migrates from ASDP. Additional transparency data for Non-BM Reserve services mastered by OBP can be found in <a href="https://www.neso.energy/data-portal/obp-non-bm-physical-notifications">Non-BM Physical Notifications</a> and <a href="https://www.neso.energy/data-portal/obp-reserve-availability-utilisation-price">Non-BM Reserve Availability and Utilisation price</a>. As part of system migration, OBP will incrementally master more non-BM services, and less will be mastered by ASDP. As services are migrated, more non-BM data will be populated on this OBP page, and less on the <a href="https://www.neso.energy/data-portal/non-bm-ancillary-service-dispatch-platform-asdp-instructions">ASDP page</a>. NOTE: From March 16th onwards, the title of the dataset "Open Balancing Platform (OBP) - Non-BM Reserve Instructions" will be changed to "Open Balancing Platform (OBP) - Non-BM Instructions". This dataset currently contains Non-BM Quick Reserve Service Instructions data. Non-BM Slow Reserve Service and Non-BM MW Dispatch Service Instructions data will be added here when the service goes live in OBP/migrates from ASDP.
