This minded to decision document sets out our proposed process for health reviews conducted by windfarms and OFTOs to assess the potential and considerations for extension of their respective assets, as well as the process for information-sharing between windfarms, OFTOs and Ofgem to inform final decisions on the extension. We have taken these initial decisions after considering feedback from stakeholders received over the past 12 months, and would welcome responses from stakeholders ahead of finalising the guidance this autumn.
