Alongside these documents we are also publishing and issuing the CTA2 Direction pursuant to condition F10.5 of the ESO licence. This Direction sets out the requirements for the contractual arrangement between National Grid Holdings One plc (“NG”) and the ISOP for the recovery of costs for NG’s CTA2 Activities, subject to certain requirements being met.
