Who should respond We are keen to engage with: electricity and gas transmission licensees electricity and gas distribution licensees electricity system operator licensees gas system planner licensees Background Ofgem’s RIIO framework includes Data Assurance licence conditions for all licensees. These conditions require licensees to undertake processes and Data Assurance Activities to reduce and manage the risk of inaccurate or incomplete reporting to Ofgem.
