We are also seeking views on the management of costs incurred before and after the repurposed asset has been transferred to ensure the repurposed asset can function within its new network. In addition, we are asking for information regarding the scope and cost of expenditure required for repurposing natural gas assets for reuse in a future hydrogen network.
