R0261: Addition of Export flag in D0303 flows
What is being proposed
flows responsible for informing MAPs of installation are being polluted by Export MPAN creation. The impact to MAPs is currently a requirement to manually investigate whether or not an installation flow showing an asset being stalled in a second location is a corrective flow on an asset or a flow that can be ignored. Due to the growing affordability of microgeneration this is a problem that is growing in volume
