What is being proposed

The Code Manager is required to perform an annual review of a number of PAF items, including the PARC. The PARC has already been updated several times over the course of 2025 through a series of REC Changes (including R0173, R0202, R0254, R0259). We have conducted an end-to-end review and have identified the other changes are required.
