The Relative Price Control (RPC) is a licence condition that applies specifically to transportation charges for IGTs. Consultation description Following a decision on the scope of our review in July 2025 we launched a review of the RPC. This consultation sets out the case for change to the current arrangements, options for reforming the RPC floor and ceiling, our minded to position, and proposals to improve reporting and transparency across the IGT sector.
