As a result of an error in the funding amount given to the GDNs for Stage 2 and a small amount of project underspend, we have calculated that some funding from these projects is due to be returned to national gas consumers. We are consulting on our minded-to directions to the GDNs to return this funding via the NTS Operator. Our reasons for this consultation and the amounts to be returned are set out in the document attached. We would like views from people with an interest in the gas distribution network and other public stakeholders.
