This document is part consultation and part call for input on proposed changes to the regulatory framework around electricity grid connections as part of our connections end-to-end review. We are also consulting on the connections incentives for the RIIO T3 price control. RIIO stands for 'Revenue = Incentives + Innovation + Outputs'. We particularly welcome responses from regulated parties including network companies and the National Electricity System Operator (NESO), as well as connecting customers at all voltage levels. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public. 24 March 2025 Updated to included non-confidential responses to the first end-to-end consultation.
