What is being proposed

As part of R0224, the technical solution creates a CSS replica (read-only) database view that can be used by RECCo and the REC Code Manager to generate reports on demand for market participants. For users to be able to access this database and request generation of the appropriate reports, this change is seeking to develop that front end portal capability to manage user’s requests and allow for completed reports to be downloaded via the REC Portal.
