This document sets out our decision and rationale for implementing two new special licence conditions: SpC 9.20 and 9.21. It also sets out our decision and rationale for implementing modifications to two existing special conditions: SpC 1.1 and SpC 9.14. This document also includes our decision to introduce three new associated documents to the electricity transmission licences: the Onshore Information Exchange Guidance, Conflict Mitigation Methodology and Conflict Management Audit Terms of Reference.
