CfD Stakeholder Bulletin — 26 June 2023
Summary
Ofgem's appeals review window for Allocation Round 5 has opened, triggering timeline scenario 5 which extends the auction process. The bulletin provides only procedural updates and GDPR compliance information for the CfD stakeholder mailing list.
Why it matters
Appeals delay auction completion, postponing price discovery and investment decisions. The shift to timeline scenario 5 extends uncertainty for developers already holding grid connections and site options.
